Birth Certificates, Ex. Rel and Nom Deguerre EXPLAINED

‘EX REL’ means EX RELATIONE and is used to put a name that may have been used for a short time, or a war name, or a fictitious name [known as Nom Deguerre] - lawfully in an INFORMATION ONLY status per propia persona. 

A Birth Certificate is not a Title, it is a CERTIFICATE. A certificate indicates that a TITLE exists somewhere, but nothing more than that. 

To the lost-found Moorish-American nationals who have NOT claimed their nationality, it is with great urgency that we inform you all that you have not claimed the TITLE to your existing BLOOD AND FLESH.

THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE

It is with great over-standing upon the law that a Birth Certificate is not a recognized TITLE. Since a TITLE deals with existence thereof by blood and flesh, the name upon a Birth Certificate does not represent anything more than a ‘receipt of purchase’ of the title. The name upon a Birth Certificate is known as a Straw or a Nom Deguerre.`This places the name upon a Birth Certificate under the status of ‘fictitious name’ by default. With that in regards, according to the legal system, this name must be placed in an ‘Ex Rel’ [Ex Rationale = Information Only] status under a self-proclaimed appellation. Names found on Birth Certificates will be referred to as the ‘Ex Rel’ toward the Moorish-American national who will be given his/her proper and natural standing ALLODIAL TITLE and IDENTIFICATION CARD.

NOM DEGUERRE OR 'THE STRAW'

'The Straw' is for identifying transmitting utility and is lawfully named; Nom Deguerre - any entity of fiction or fictitious name i.e., a war name, a name used for a short time. This is evident as the name is given to you in ALL CAPS on a [Social Security] card which is an indication of a corporate name. A ‘name’ is a label that is meant for firms/corporations as it individually designates, it is not an expression from-pertaining to a human being. A human being is identified by appellation and attributes. Those with only Nom Deguerre names CAN NOT speak for themselves as they do not hold any self proclaiming reality under a Nom Deguerre. All individuals must proclaim a national title and then place their Nom Deguerre in an Information Only status called ‘Ex. Rel’ so that it can not speak on their behalf no matter whom or what shall entertain it. The only two people who can make an ‘Ex. Rel’ claim is an Attorney General [speaking on behalf of a Nom Deguerre] or a NATIONAL natural human being by blood and flesh who is in their proper persona status thereof. Those living under a Nom Deguerre with no national title will always need an ATTORNEY present in court, as an Attorney is available for those who can not speak for nor govern for themselves. An Attorney should only be present to serve and speak on behalf of corporations and/or those in likeness of a corporation. 

APPELLATION AND ATTRIBUTES

Human beings have an appellation and attributes. An appellation is a title that legally defines and protects geographical indication. This is what gives you your human rights to your land, as you are nationaly claiming it geographically.

An attribute is an inherent part of someone or a piece of information that determines a real property. An attribute is not a nickname it is a descriptive persona or personal quality.

Birth Certificates are created by The United States Corporation which makes it a voided instrument. Being that the Nom Deguerre was created from a voided certificate instrument, all other instruments created by such a Nom Deguerre is voidable i.e., drivers license, marriage license, identification cards, etc. YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE ANY ACTION TO DEEM THESE INSTRUMENTS VOIDABLE OR VOID. YOU JUST NEED TO PROCLAIM YOUR EXISTENCE ON EARTH. THE INSTRUMENTS ARE ALREADY VOIDED BY DEFAULT.
