A national government of North America. As manifestation of the clean and pure Moorish-American nation of Morocco/Americas/Amexem/Africas, 

our government does not house , produce, permit, nor make treaty with any radical incompetent sovereign citizen(s).The Moorish-American nationals are American by heritage and blood right. As acknowledged by the United Nations Declaration for the Rights of Indigenous Peoples; Moorish-Americans have the right to self-identify as Indigenous or Tribal, The Right to self-recognize with our true Nationality or the ability to identify and claim Indigenous Heritage in accord with House Joint Resolution 194. HJR -194 in the 110th Congress 1st session on February 27 2007 which acknowledges that so called African-Americans were stripped of their names and heritage. We are bound to the Articles of Federations of 1781 and the Treaty of Peace, Friendship, Limits and Settlement between the United States of America and The Mexican Republic of 1787.
