A Proclamation is the act of ‘Proclaiming’ or ‘Publishing’, which is an ‘Avowel’ (open Declaration) or a formal ‘Declaration’. This act causes some ‘State’ matters to be ‘Published’ or to be made generally known; and by virtue of the said ‘matter’ being placed in ‘written form’ and issued by proper authority.

Moorish-Americans were the first to navigate on the waters upon the beautiful mother called Earth, after navigating in the waters of their mothers womb, and detaching from her nav-el to become a navigating el upon the mother called Earth – no one escapes that process, no matter what they may choose to believe.
To our lost-found Moorish-Americans who have been subjected as negroes, coloreds, blacks, ethiopian (meaning ‘dividing line’), and African-Americans (these are just simply two continents), you are not these ficticious names! You all are/We all are are Aboriginal and Indigenous people of America; all points: North, South, Central and the adjoining Islands. However, we have been through the most human trafficking experience in human civilization, because WE ARE IN FACT the descendants of the Mothers and Fathers of Human Civilization. We all are the prophecy in the books that filled the old world, and we must be properly educated in order to give birth to the new world.
