HJR -194 in the 110th Congress 1st session on February 27 2007 which acknowledges that so called African-Americans were stripped of their names and heritage. We are bound to the Articles of Federations of 1781 and the Treaty of Peace, Friendship, Limits and Settlement between the United States of America and The Mexican Republic of 1787.
